I seriously doubt Voldemort ever had sex with anyone, even when he was younger.  In Half Blood Prince we see Tom Riddle as a young boy, and even then he has odd tendencies.  The woman who runs the orphanage says that he doesn’t really have any friends, just people who are afraid of him.  Personally I believe Voldemort would have seen sexual relations as a weakness because he would have to open himself up to another human being.  Considering how much he despised being close to people, I really can’t see him knocking boots.  Bellatrix Lestrange of course would have done anything the Dark Lord told her to, especially something sexual, but judging from her never ending quest to get closer to him, I don’t think it ever happened.
